Our Mission

The Black Students’ Association (BSA) is a collective of dedicated University of Toronto students. It is our mission to promote community interaction among Black, African-Canadian, Afro-Caribbean and all self-identifying Black students in between at the University of Toronto.

The BSA operates under the vision of promoting education, experience and increasing social empowerment of our community within the University of Toronto and beyond. the BSA coordinates countless events and initiatives with a social, political and academic focus, to support our future leaders, maintain a platform for the Black student body on-campus and most importantly, generate a sense of unity and community for Black students.

The BSA remains dedicated to the education, experience and empowerment of the Black-Canadian and international community, aiming to represent and foster black culture through community interaction and outreach.
